Tshepiso Phosa is a young 27 year old entrepreneur and the owner of Milviforce Puma N4 Nelspruit, which is one of the top fuel stations on the N4, targeting both local residents and business as well as a variety of tourists frequenting Mbombela. She is well versed in the petroleum industry with six years of experience under her belt.
She holds a Bcomm Degree in Business Management and a Higher Certificate in Events Management. Tshepiso is also an administrative manager of four portfolios under Mathews Phosa & Associates. She is self-driven, a hard worker at heart and leads by example.
Tshepiso adopted two orphanages in 2015, Woodhouse Community Care base Centre where there are 169 children that she feeds, entertains and now also built them a library. She is also very involved with Kungumusa Community Care Base where she provides food parcels every week and a volunteer at Curro Meridian School in which she is busy with a program of equipping the 29 matric students with life skills that will assist to prepare the students for life after high school.
She looks after a total of 355 children in Mataffin and Tekwane respectively. She is a patron of Pro Gratia Learning centre which is a school for learners with special educational needs via sponsorships and her adopted son attends this school. In addition she also runs sponsorship campaigns, including “Take a child to School” and other successful endeavours for the school.
Her father, Dr Mathews Phosa, taught her one of the most important life lessons she have been exposed to: he taught her that education is your only wealth and that it is also the one thing that no one can take away from you as an individual. That is why she believes so strongly that every child in South Africa deserves to be educated and protected.
Tshepiso has recently signed with Mrs Mpumalanga and will be supporting the finalists along with Jacques Lombard with various programs and sponsorships towards the road to Mrs Mpumalanga. She feels it is vital for women to support each other and defines beauty as a category that not only encompasses how you look to others, but the beauty inside each individual. She also supports these ladies with business direction as beautiful women are entitled to be good business women too.
