I live life on purpose and I’m getting better every day at being intentional with my choices, relationships actions and responsibilities. I believe in operating from a kingdom perspective in business and relationships and live by the motto – be the change you want to see.

I am blessed to have been raised by parents who are still married, influential, intentional and passionate. They have shaped me into who I am today and I have enormous dreams and targets for the future.

I am learning how to walk the talk of being a disruptor, if you can picture a positive disruptor who shakes the cage to get the best out of people.

I want to see improvements around the environment, our country, its ranking in the world and its leadership in Africa. I want to contribute to the global conversation living my purpose in business, community and most importantly in me.

Everywhere I go I pray my reputation and the holy spirit goes before me and my interactions with the people I meet are fragrant and memorable.

I was born Tshepiso Lerato Phosa to Pinky and Matthews Phosa. I was born in Mpumalanga at 5:20 am on the 8th of November 1991. I am one of 4 siblings and I am the second to last born, which I guess you could call me a middle child.

Growing up I was exposed to a colourful and memorable upbringing. I have a strict father who is passionate about business and has shown and taught us life long lessons. He is a successful lawyer and entrepreneur. His ideas are mind blowing and he is a sound ear to consult as I grow older.

My mum is a Politician; she is currently the ‘Chairperson On The Standing Committee on Appropriations’.  I am my mother’s daughter – I inherited her rich generous spirit from an early age. I am grateful my family is together, I am grateful for the privileged exposure I have been given, I am inspired every day by my parents, they are my role models and inspiration. At 26 I am fueled to do more because this is what my father always says “ Tshepi – I want you to be better than me.”

I love my siblings to bits and although we always know who’s we are and why we exist, our differences help make us unique. I’s a strong believer in family and want to play my role in the family legacy. Here is where my heart melts and I would not want it any other way.

I am inspired by people who make the world a better place. I have a dream to keep on building my influence so I can help the less fortunate on earth. I know our stay here on the planet earth is temporary and I will always make time and commit with what I have to help others enjoy a better life.

I was born into a family of givers, my mother has always been a shining light in the community and I naturally developed a heart and connection with the spirit of giving to the poor and hungry. In recent years I have made my commitment to a local church and several orphanages in Mpumalanga.
